In order to participate in road rides (i.e. the open road and not Maindy track), each rider must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian.
Each rider and parent/guardian should familiarise themselves with the road ride code of conduct. This can be downloaded by following this link: Road Ride Code of Conduct.
Once satisfied with the code of conduct, then please click here or click the button below to read the form and consent accordingly.
