Another informal session will take place in the lecture room at Maindy cycle track on 24th July 2008, 6pm - 8pm. We will recap on some of the items covered at the first session (who's who, licences, signing on) and look at other areas e.g child protection, points races (a popular request), the points system (licences), tips on how to 'judge' a race.

Again, if anyone has a specific area they would like to know about, then let me know and I will do my best to cover it. Remember also that this is informal, no cost, no exam!!! Hopefully the information exchanged will make things a bit easier for those who regularily help out and encourage anyone who would offer to help,if they just knew a bit more about it all, to join in.

So don't forget, parents, grandparents, older siblings and riders who get 'volunteered' by others.... come along and find out a little bit first hand.
