On behalf of the Maindy Flyers committee I would like to inform members of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 10 November 2007. Refreshments will be served from 4pm with the AGM commencing at 4.30pm. The meeting will take place in the Lecture Room, Maindy Pool.

Following the meeting there will be a pool party 5.30-6.30pm, so bring your bathers along and go for a dip! The usual Council child to adult ratios apply, so all children aged 4-7yrs must be accompanied by an adult (16yrs +) on a 2:1 basis, children 3yrs or under must be accompanied on a 1:1 basis. Over 8’s are fine to swim unaccompanied.

There will also be a Mini League presentation and a buffet in the café area from 6.30-7.30pm. Please bring along a plate of something to share!

I would also like to inform you that there are three positions on the committee due for election, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer & Secretary. Please find enclosed nomination papers for positions on the committee; these should be submitted to Lindsay Price by post or e-mail by 5pm on Friday 9 November 2007.

Refreshments will be served and all are welcome; please make every effort to attend.
